Feeling Spiritually Present The Difference Between Life Death

Many of you, I'm sure, have had momentary or extended periods of what some call "feeling present". Although it is a desirable experience have you ever stopped to reflect on the significance of this state? If you do you'll challenge many of your beliefs about the nature of spiritual enlightenment. Let me explain. If you cultivate this state through whatever means i.

e. yoga, meditation, self awareness, etc. you will experience along with it some or all of the following: feelings of lightness and radiance, warmth, inner peace and calm, joyfulness and contentment, great resilience, feelings of wholeness and fullness, feelings of expansiveness, self confidence and self esteem, love, an inner knowing and possibly enhanced intuitive abilities. What's more you will feel healthier, like you've reclaimed vast amounts of vital life energy and you'll feel more fully present in you physical body. You will I'm sure find this to be not only a desirable state but your preferred state of being.

So what does it mean to be fully present in one's body? Well it means the following:.1. Your entire spiritual self/energy is in you body.2. Your entire vital life force/energy is in your body.

3. Your spiritual self and your physical self are fully integrated as one.4.

Your entire life force/energy is supporting your body.5. That the duality that you think of as spirit/body appears to disappear experientially for you.

That is one can make no clear "feeling" distinction between the two.It is my view that when this occurs that you have achieved what I would call enlightenment. I would also like to say that few ever achieve this here in this reality for one good reason.

What is that reason, you ask?.Well it's what I alluded to earlier the widely held belief that there is in fact a spirit/body duality!.You see the idea of such a duality has led many to promulgate the idea that the physical body is "a shell" or "a vehicle" for the spirit and that it therefore is dispensable. When one buys into such a belief it maintains the duality and therefore blocks the state I described above from fully manifesting itself.

Where does this leave you? Well in a state of fragmentation!.It is this fragmentation that in my view is responsible for illness, aging and death itself. That is because the entire function of what you call your vital life force/energy is to sustain the physical body in a healthy and immortal state.Of course there is no one you can name who has been able to achieve physical immortality is there? The reason for that is everyone to date has bought into this duality of spirit/body.

Why is this the case?.Well it pertains to the amount of emotional and physical pain that becomes stored in the mind/body as a result of what many call their cumulative life experience. Whenever an individual experiences some form of emotional or physical trauma it becomes stored as a "toxic" and "painful fragment" within the mind/body of that individual. As more and more painful material accumulates living in the the mind/body becomes more difficult to tolerate. So what happens is that a lie is formed that is supposed to give that individual some hope of realizing a greater sense of peace.

The lie goes as follows:."I don't really need the body, it's only a vehicle, it's not who I am and therefore if I leave it behind I will be assured of the peace I am looking for.".So as the vital life force/energy or spirit slowly but surely leaves the body what do you surmise happens to the body?.

Well it becomes susceptible to illness, aging and eventually dies! That is because there is no more life force sustaining it. That is, after all, what a vital life force is for is it not, to sustain the body in life?.Interestingly many have also bought into the idea that spiritual enlightenment comes after such a separation between spirit and body occurs. This is something that has led many to accept death and dying as a natural event.

So if that is so then I'm confused. If what I called feeling present is what it is, you more fully in your body, and it is so desirable then how do we explain this tendency to give up the body altogether?.Clearly there must be a problem here somewhere.

The problem arises, in my view, because most individuals have no real way of addressing the toxic emotional trauma that gets progressively stored in the mind/body. It all becomes subsumed under the category called "my life". As a result as the pain becomes increasingly unbearable it literally forces the individual to forfeit the "state of presence" (which I might also call the state of unity or non-duality or integration) and therefore forfeit their living physical body.

In this process they are, contrary to what is "thought", also forfeiting their spiritual enlightenment. Most people would, if given this choice, prefer to remain healthy, youthful and alive rather than age and die. They however don't realize that they actually have such a choice available to them.

It's as if they have been sufficiently brain washed into believing that this is not possible.I wish to state categorically that not only do we have such a choice but that it is our Divine right to keep our vital life force completely in our physical bodies i.e. to be fully and perpetually present. If you wish, kindly place one hand over your heart and affirm to yourself that this is your desire and your right.

Now notice how you feel.I'm sure that you will feel palpably more present and alive. If you would like help in this journey kindly visit the web link below.
